Asia Testing Laboratory (ATL) abide by relevant national laws and regulations, implement national standard monitoring and testing methods, and adopt advanced instruments and equipment to ensure that the operating methods and procedures are scientific and reasonable. All personnel involved in testing activities must be familiar with the quality manual and supporting procedures and documents, and implement relevant policies and procedures.
Avoid administrative, commercial, financial interference and other internal and external pressures to ensure the fairness of test work behaviors.
Ensure all reports are accurate and correct and there must be no data or conclusive errors to ensure the accuracy of the results of monitoring, testing, and evaluation.
Timely report: After receiving the samples, arrange the tests according to the sequence. The report will be issued within 7 working days. If there are special circumstances, the two parties will negotiate.
Reasonable fees: ATL earnestly ensure that the fees are standardized and reasonable. For non standard projects with additional requirements, agreement will be communicated with clients.
Provide high-quality service, promptly accept client complaints and appeals. We will always investigate seriously, analyze objectively, clarify responsibilities and to speedy response to ensure all customers are fully satisfied.
