ATL formulated Procedures for Serving Customers and Handling Complaints to receive and evaluate complaints, and make decisions on complaints., in the event you would like to make a formal complaint, please first do so to the Manager In Charge by email mic@atl.asia. If you do not feel that is appropriate please contact our telephone hot-line or complaint@atl.asia with fill up form ATL-207-01-02.
